01 / SCOPEWho this policy covers
DVINFINITY provides Space Creatures: Riftbound, an offline Android game. This policy applies to the Android release 7.0 Riftbound, with package identifier com.dvinfinity.spacecreatures, and to privacy inquiries or support messages you voluntarily send to DVINFINITY.
The current game does not require an account or operate an online multiplayer, cloud-save, or online leaderboard service.
02 / INFORMATION USEDWhat stays on your device
The game saves the following information in its local app storage so your progress and preferences are available when you return:
| Information | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Gameplay progress | Completed sectors, scores, best waves, run and creature counts, earned in-game shards, upgrades, selected weapon, and difficulty. |
| Game preferences | Graphics quality, frame-rate preference, brightness, sound and music settings, vibration, jumpscare preferences, and aiming or movement settings. |
| Touch-control layout | Remembering the positions and size of the controls you customize. |
Touch or keyboard input, screen dimensions, and graphics capabilities are processed on your device to run and display the game. They are not sent to DVINFINITY as analytics or tracking information.
The current game does not request your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, camera access, microphone recordings, or advertising identifier. It does not upload saved progress or settings to DVINFINITY.
Information you voluntarily provide
If you contact DVINFINITY by email, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond to your inquiry, provide support, or handle a privacy request. Please send only the information needed for your request.
04 / DEVICE PERMISSIONSVibration and device access
The current Android build declares the vibration permission for optional haptic feedback during gameplay. You can switch vibration off in the game’s settings. Vibration does not access your personal information.
The build does not declare internet, camera, microphone, location, contacts, or shared-storage permissions. Its game assets are bundled in the app.
05 / RETENTION AND DELETIONYou control your saved game data
Local progress, preferences, and control layouts remain in the app’s storage until you clear that storage or uninstall the game. The current build disables Android automatic app-data backup and does not provide a cloud-save service.
- Open your Android device’s app settings and select Space Creatures: Riftbound.
- Use the option to clear storage or clear app data, or uninstall the game. The exact setting names vary by device.
Clearing app storage erases your saved progress and preferences. Clearing only the cache may not remove them. DVINFINITY cannot remotely retrieve or delete data that exists only on your device.
Support messages are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the inquiry and meet applicable legal obligations. You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have sent directly to DVINFINITY. Where information must be retained to meet a legal obligation, we will explain that when responding to your request.
There is no in-game account to delete in the current release.
06 / SECURITYHow game data is handled
Saved game information is held in Android app storage. The current game uses bundled assets, blocks external web content, and does not transmit your saved game information to a developer server.
Protecting your device with a screen lock and keeping Android updated helps protect locally stored information. If you contact us, avoid including passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information that is not needed for support.
07 / CHILDREN’S PRIVACYPrivacy concerns involving children
The current game does not request a player’s age or create child accounts or identity profiles. If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent personal information directly to DVINFINITY, they can contact us to request review and deletion of that information.
Parents or guardians can remove locally stored game data using the device controls described above.
08 / CHANGESKeeping this policy current
DVINFINITY will update this policy if the game’s privacy practices change and revise the date shown above. Features that introduce new data handling will be described in the updated policy, with additional disclosures and consent where required.
09 / CONTACTQuestions or privacy requests
Contact DVINFINITY about this policy, a support message, or a privacy request. Include the game name and a brief explanation so we can understand your inquiry.
