XENARCH: CROWN OF THE VOID

Effective date: Applies to Android version 1

1. Who we are

DVINFINITY develops XENARCH: CROWN OF THE VOID, referred to as “XENARCH,” “the game” or “the app” in this policy. This policy explains how Android version 1 handles information.

Android package name: com.dvinfinity.voidcommand

2. Information used on your device

The game saves information in its local app storage so you can resume play and keep your preferences. This includes:

  • Campaign progress, unlocked sectors and best scores.
  • Your chosen pilot callsign, pilot class, level, experience, credits, Crown Cores, skills, upgrades and contract progress.
  • Gameplay, graphics, audio and control settings, including motion-control preferences.

This information is used to operate the game and maintain your saved progress. It is not uploaded to DVINFINITY or other parties by the app. You do not need to provide your real name or create an online account.

The app uses local web storage within its Android game renderer. It does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or cross-app tracking identifiers.

3. Device features and permissions

  • Motion controls: When you enable gyro controls, the game processes device orientation or motion readings during play to steer your ship and support motion-based actions. These readings are processed locally and are not uploaded. Control preferences and calibration settings may be retained locally; raw motion histories are not recorded.
  • Vibration: The app declares Android's vibration permission to provide gameplay feedback.
  • Narration: When available, narration uses an installed offline English text-to-speech voice. The game does not record your voice or request microphone access.

This version does not request access to your camera, contacts, precise location, photos or shared files. It does not declare Android's Internet permission.

4. Collection, sharing and third parties

DVINFINITY does not receive personal information, advertising identifiers, gameplay telemetry or crash reports through this version of the app. The app does not sell or share player information and does not include advertising, analytics, online account, social-login or payment SDKs.

Android, your device manufacturer, your installed text-to-speech provider and Google Play operate independently of DVINFINITY. Their system services, store services and any diagnostics you choose to share are governed by their own privacy policies and settings.

If you contact DVINFINITY separately, you choose what information to include. Your contact address and message may be used to answer your inquiry and resolve the issue. Avoid sending passwords, payment details or other information that is not needed for support.

This policy covers the game. If you read this policy on a website, that website's hosting provider may process ordinary web-request information, such as an IP address, under its own policies. This HTML page itself contains no analytics, forms, cookies or tracking scripts.

5. Retention and deletion

Local game saves and settings remain on your device until you clear the app's data or remove the app. DVINFINITY does not maintain a remote player account or cloud-save database for this version.

To delete local game data:

  1. Open your device's Settings and select Apps.
  2. Choose Xenarch.
  3. Open Storage or Storage & cache.
  4. Select Clear storage or Clear data.

Menu names may vary by device. Clearing app data resets your local campaign, pilot profile and preferences. Turn off gyro controls in the game's settings if you do not want to use motion input.

Support messages sent separately are retained only as needed to respond, follow up on the issue, or meet applicable legal obligations. You can use the privacy contact below to request deletion of that correspondence, subject to those obligations.

6. Security

The game uses Android's app storage to keep local saves and preferences. This version does not transmit game-save information to a DVINFINITY server. Protect your device and any backups or copies you choose to make using your device's security settings.

7. Children's privacy

The app does not ask children or other players to submit personal information or create accounts, and it does not include behavioral advertising. If you believe a child has sent personal information to DVINFINITY through a separate support message, contact us using the privacy contact below so we can review the request.

8. Policy updates

We will update this policy if the app's information practices change and revise the effective date above. Changes that require an in-app notice or consent will be accompanied by those steps where applicable.
